With this recipe you are ripping! A whole lot of macro’s, micro’s and phyto’s for your beautiful body. Brazil nut milk is amazing for the selenium (this can be replaced with 3-4 Brazil nuts instead).
1 serving of Incan Warrior blend
1.5 medium frozen ripe bananas
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup soaked chia
1/2 tbsp of flaxseed meal
450ml of home made Brazil nut milk (or any other homemade/bought nut milk)
Optional supplements: 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds, extra medicinal mushrooms, activated maca
Blend it all until smooth and enjoy!
